4. Orders and Payment

4.1 Order Process

When you place an order:

1. You will receive an order confirmation email (this is not a shipping confirmation)
2. We process orders within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation
3. Once shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking information
4. Your order constitutes an offer to purchase, which we accept by processing payment and shipping the goods

4.2 Pricing and Payment

All prices are listed in US Dollars unless otherwise specified. We accept the following payment methods:

4.3 Shipping and Delivery

We ship globally to our community of dedicated road racers, trail explorers, and versatile cross-trainers, excluding parts of Asia and some remote regions.

5. Returns and Exchanges

5.1 Return Policy

We stand behind our precision Footwear, technical Apparel, essential Nutrition, and Accessories. We offer a 15-day return window from the confirmed date of delivery.

5.2 Eligible Items

Most items from our core categories are eligible for a full refund or exchange:

• Apparel: Tops, Bottoms, Outerwear, Running Bras
• Footwear: Road, Trail, Track & Field, Cross Trainer shoes
• Accessories: Headwear, Socks
• Nutrition: Unopened and sealed products only

5.3 Non-Returnable Items

For health, safety, and logistical reasons, the following cannot be returned:

• All products in our “Closeout” category (final sale)
• Opened Nutrition & Consumables (broken seal or opened packaging)
• Personalized or Customized Products
• Items Damaged Due to Wear & Tear (products showing signs of use beyond trying on)

5.4 Return Conditions

To be eligible for return, items must be:

• In original, unused, and unwashed condition
• In original packaging with all tags, labels, and accessories attached
• Accompanied by the original packing slip or order confirmation
• Free of any odors, stains, or damage

5.5 Return Process

1. Initiate Request: Within 15 days of delivery, email [email protected] with “Return/Exchange Request – Order #[Your Order Number]”
2. Await Authorization: We’ll review and if approved, send an RMA number within 1-2 business days
3. Package and Ship: Securely package items with RMA number inside and ship to our returns hub
4. Inspection & Processing: We inspect returns within 3-5 business days of arrival and process refunds/exchanges

5.6 Refunds and Exchanges

Refunds: Processed within 5-10 business days after return approval, credited to original payment method.

Exchanges: Replacement items ship once original return is received and inspected. Price differences will be charged or refunded accordingly.

All content on tc-runningco.com, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of TCRunning Shop or its content suppliers and is protected by international copyright laws. The “TCRunning Shop” name and logo are trademarks of our company.
