Shipping Information

We ship globally to our community of dedicated road racers, trail explorers, and versatile cross-trainers (excluding parts of Asia and some remote regions). Our goal is to get your gear to you swiftly and securely.

Order Processing & Delivery Timelines

  • Order Processing: All orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation.
  • Shipping Methods & Estimated Delivery:
    • Standard Shipping (Fee: $12.95): Shipped via DHL or FedEx. Delivery typically occurs within 10-15 business days after shipment.
    • Free Shipping: Available on orders over $50, shipped via EMS. Delivery typically occurs within 15-25 business days after shipment.

Note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs processing, holidays, or unforeseen carrier delays. You will receive a tracking number via email once your order ships.

Our Returns & Exchanges Promise

We stand behind our precision Footwear, technical Apparel, essential Nutrition, and Accessories. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help. We offer a 15-day return window from the confirmed date of delivery.

✅ What Can Be Returned?

Most items from our core categories are eligible for a full refund or exchange:

  • Apparel: Tops, Bottoms, Outerwear, Running Bras
  • Footwear: Road, Trail, Track & Field, Cross Trainer shoes
  • Accessories: Headwear, Socks
  • Nutrition: Unopened and sealed products only.

⚠️ Non-Returnable Items

For health, safety, and logistical reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Closeout Items: All products in our “Closeout” category. These are final sale, deeply discounted to clear inventory and are marked as “Final Sale” or “Non-Returnable” at purchase.
  • Opened Nutrition & Consumables: Any nutrition products (gels, drinks, supplements) with a broken seal or opened packaging.
  • Personalized or Customized Products: Any item specifically customized for you (e.g., engraved accessories).
  • Items Damaged Due to Wear & Tear: Products showing signs of use beyond trying on (e.g., shoes worn outdoors, stained apparel).

Condition Requirements

To be eligible, the item must be:

  • In its original, unused, and unwashed condition.
  • In the original packaging with all tags, labels, and accessories attached.
  • Accompanied by the original packing slip or order confirmation.
  • Free of any odors, stains, or damage.

Step-by-Step Return/Exchange Process

1 Initiate Your Request

Within 15 days of delivery, email our support team at [email protected] with your request. Please use the subject line: Return/Exchange Request – Order #[Your Order Number] and include:
Your order number, date, the item(s) for return, the reason, and your preferred resolution (refund or exchange details).

2 Await Authorization

Our runner-centric support team will review your request. If approved, we will email you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and detailed return instructions within 1-2 business days. Do not ship items back without an RMA.

3 Package and Ship

Securely package the item(s) in their original packaging, include the RMA number inside, and ship it to our returns hub in Jacksonville at the address provided. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.
Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility, unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or defective item).

4 Inspection & Processing

Once we receive and inspect the returned item (typically within 3-5 business days of arrival), we will process your refund or initiate your exchange. You will receive an email notification upon completion.

Refunds: Timing & Method

We process refunds with the same efficiency we apply to order fulfillment.

  • Timing: Once your return is approved and processed, refunds are issued within 5-10 business days.
  • Method: The refund will be credited back to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal). The time it appears on your statement depends on your bank or PayPal’s processing times.
  • Shipping Costs: Original shipping fees are non-refundable. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to our error.

Exchanges

For exchanges (e.g., for a different size in Footwear or Apparel):

  • We will ship the replacement item once the original return is received and inspected.
  • If the exchange item is of higher value, you will be charged the difference. If it’s of lower value, you will receive a refund for the difference.
  • Exchanges are subject to product availability. If your desired item is out of stock, we will offer a refund or store credit.

🌍 International Returns Note

For our global runners:

  • You are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or fees incurred when returning an item internationally.
  • We recommend declaring the package as “Returned Goods” to potentially reduce duties.
  • The 15-day return window applies from the delivery date confirmed by the carrier (DHL, FedEx, or EMS).
