A: We are a technical running shop focused on empowering every stride. Our curated selection includes high-performance Footwear (from brands like Nike, Hoka, Brooks, Saucony, and Adidas), Apparel (Tops, Bottoms, Outerwear, Running Bras), Accessories (Headwear, Socks, Nutrition), and gear for specific disciplines like Road Running, Trail, Track & Field, Cross Training, and Racing. We also offer great value through our Closeout section.
A: We equip runners of all levels—from dedicated road racers and trail explorers to versatile cross-trainers. Whether you’re training for a marathon, conquering trails, or smashing daily fitness goals, our mission is to provide you with technically advanced, accessible gear.
Ordering & Payment
A: We accept all major credit cards: Visa, MasterCard, and JCB, as well as PayPal for a secure and fast checkout.
A: To ensure swift processing, orders are prepared for shipment quickly. Please contact us immediately at [email protected] if you need to make a change. We will try our best to accommodate your request if your order has not yet entered the packing stage.
Shipping & Delivery
A: We offer two transparent options to match your training schedule:
- 🚀 Standard Shipping ($12.95 flat rate): Shipped via DHL or FedEx. Delivered in 10-15 business days after dispatch. Fully tracked.
- 🎯 Free Standard Shipping: FREE on all orders over $50, shipped via EMS. Delivered in 15-25 business days after dispatch. Orders under $50 can select this option for a calculated fee at checkout.
A: We ship globally from our hub in Jacksonville, US. We proudly connect runners worldwide, though delivery to some parts of Asia and remote/isolated regions may be limited. Your address will be verified at checkout for serviceability.
A: For international orders, any applicable customs fees, import duties, or taxes are the responsibility of the recipient and are determined by your local authorities. These charges are not included in our shipping costs or product prices.
A: Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number and a link to monitor its journey in real-time from our warehouse to your doorstep.
Returns & Exchanges
A: We stand behind our gear. If you’re not satisfied, you may return unworn, unwashed items in their original packaging with tags attached within 15 days of receipt. Please contact our support team at [email protected] to initiate a return and receive instructions. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility, unless the item is defective or we made an error.
A: Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-10 business days. You will receive an email notification once it’s completed.
